My very first experience at an Asian restaurant with a grill in front of us and a talented cook. It was fun, memorable, and delicious. Overall a fantastic value. I had the grilled salmon lunch special, with a slice of New York cheesecake to go.

Koi is my absolute favorite place to eat in Utah! The management, the chefs, the servers, the food... All of it is 10/10! We never have to wait long for a table, we get sat very quickly, even on busy nights. I've been coming here for years, and while there's only been a time or two that something has gone wrong, the management is so quick with fixing it and has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. They used to have a different name, and a different look inside, and their upgrades look so beautiful and classy, they made the best changes! My favorite dish is getting Shrimp and Filet for my hibachi meal, and the gold coast roll for sushi. They have a separate eating spot for eating just sushi vs hibachi, which is even better.

I went this past weekend with some girlfriends and we had an amazing time. Our chef was very entertaining and the food was incredible. Was accidently charged extra for my order but they had amazing customer service and were helpful to fix that mistake quickly. I appreciate this service and would definitely come back.

Amazing food. I went with my girlfriend and we got the Koi Special for 2. The egg rolls were so good, as well the chicken yakitori. The ribeye and salmon was great as well, and the shrimp were good too. The chef had amazing ability and I caught both the shrimps he threw at me with my mouth. Two for two baby! Edit: The ice cream was fire too.

Our first time here since the change in ownership. We did the hibachi. The chairs are a bit low..especially for a little person like me. The food was delicious. I had the scallops and filet mignon. It was cooked perfect. The sushi was very good. I enjoyed the hamachi. The chef was very entertaining and skillful with the show. He had really good aim with the shrimp. I was amazed well how he did the egg bounce. Food was very fresh. I liked the dip too.

Reasonably priced hibachi grill and sushi restaurant with quality staff and service. Other than another couple, had the entire place to yourselves as well as choice of hibachi grill. Ordered the hibachi combination of white rice, grilled vegetables, onion soup, New York steak, and shrimp. Food was grilled perfectly. The grill master had excellent knife finesse and technique and displaced as much in preparing our food; it was a wonderful show. The wait staff always kept our glasses full and cleared the area of empty dishes with haste.

This is a wonderful little local sushi spot and hibachi grille. We definitely recommend the Christmas roll, the Ninja roll, and the Rainbow roll. This place was pretty much full when we got here on a Friday night. Our server was friendly and attentive. It was also cool to see the owner/manager walking around and engaging the guests and helping the service staff. Overall, I'd definitely come back next time I'm in this area.

Great sushi at a reasonable price. Restaurant was busy and many different options of sushi to buy. Their hibachi is great and has a presentation similar to Benihana.
